ERPClaw Privacy Supplement

Product-specific privacy terms for ERPClaw by AvanSaber. This supplement sits alongside the parent AvanSaber Inc privacy policy and covers only what differs for ERPClaw, which is self-hosted software that runs on your own infrastructure.

1 Scope

This supplement applies to ERPClaw and the erpclaw.ai marketing site. Where it is silent, the parent AvanSaber Inc privacy policy governs. Where the two differ, this supplement controls for ERPClaw.

2 Self-Hosted: Your Data Stays on Your Server

ERPClaw is self-hosted software that runs on your own infrastructure. Because of that, the way your business data is handled differs from a typical hosted service:

• Your data stays on your machine. ERPClaw stores all business data in a local database on your device. We do not have access to your ERP data.
• Third-party integrations such as Stripe or Shopify connect directly between your ERPClaw instance and the third-party service. API keys and credentials are stored locally on your device, not on our servers.
• Module downloads are fetched from public GitHub repositories at github.com/avansaber. We may log aggregate download counts but do not track individual users.

Information you choose to share with us directly, such as when you contact support or sign up for updates on the erpclaw.ai site, is handled under the parent AvanSaber Inc privacy policy.

3 Your Rights

The rights described in the parent AvanSaber Inc privacy policy (access, rectification, erasure, and the rest) apply in full to any data we hold about you. To exercise them, email [email protected].

The current version of this supplement is always available at https://www.avansaber.com/privacy-erpclaw. The parent AvanSaber Inc privacy policy and terms of service apply to all AvanSaber products.
