SEOMonster Terms Supplement

Product-specific terms for SEOMonster by AvanSaber. This supplement covers the SEOMonster marketing site. The open-source SEOMonster server is licensed separately (see section 2).

1 Scope: Marketing Site Only

This supplement applies to the SEOMonster marketing site. Where it is silent, the parent AvanSaber Inc terms of service govern. Where the two differ, this supplement controls for the SEOMonster site.

2 Open-Source Software License

SEOMonster is open-source software released under the MIT license. Your rights to use, copy, modify, and distribute the SEOMonster server are granted by the MIT license text in the source repository at github.com/avansaber/seo-monster, not by these marketing-site terms. The MIT license, including its warranty disclaimer, governs the software itself.

3 Enterprise Engagements

Enterprise engagements (managed reviews, migration audits, custom work) are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) executed between you and AvanSaber Inc, not by these standard terms. The MSA controls scope, fees, support, and liability for those engagements. Contact [email protected] for MSA terms.

4 Marketing Site Use

Your use of the SEOMonster marketing site itself (the pages hosted at the SEOMonster domain) is governed by the parent AvanSaber Inc terms of service, including the warranty disclaimers and limitation of liability set out there.

5 Changes to this Supplement

The current version of this supplement is always available at https://www.avansaber.com/terms-seomonster. The parent AvanSaber Inc terms of service and privacy policy apply to all AvanSaber products.
